Yes, I would love to go to the World Series. But more than that I want my dad to go. Growing up he was a die hard Sox fan, being from out East. But as soon as we got the Rockies we decided he'd go with his home team, and he's stuck with them ever since. His brother who lives in New Hampshire is a bigtime Sox fan, so they've been having some fun this year. His dad was also a Sox fan and died the year after they won the Series. He used to joke with my dad and say, "Colorado has a baseball team?" Dad keeps saying he wishes his dad could see this, he'd be amazed. He's always loved baseball. I remember when I was younger he would take us to the Denver Bear's games and the Denver Zephyr's games. Anyway, I would just love to see the look on my dad's face if he got to go. Listening to him talk about baseball is like hearing a 7 year old talk about his Christmas presents. Three years ago my dad said 2007 would be the Rockies year and everyone lauged at him, as recently as a month ago! So, I really hope he can go. Thanks for reading.
